Cardio Assignment
Cardio is relative to the heart. Cardiovascular is relative to heart health as well as the blood vessels.it is important to have proper blood supply to various blood supplies to maintain in good health.in addition it should be 30 minutes of daily walking. Usually aim for 60 minutes a week. Regular exercise is an important way to lower your risk of heart disease. Exercising for 30 minutes or more on most days can help you lose weight, improve your cholesterol, and even lower your blood pressure by as many as five to seven points.it also keeps your weight down, improves your mood, lowers your risk of some type of cancer, improves your balance, and many more. Cardio workout is very healthy and important for your heart.
There is so many cardiovascular activities. such as power skip, stair climb, high knees, inchworm, alternate leg bounding, there is like 35 exercise for cardio. Like for example stair climb is a great way to get your heart up. stair climb is easy all you have to do is briskly walk up and down a stairway until you start to sweat. To avoid any dizzy spells, make sure to travel the whole stairwell to limit the amount of turn-arounds. Pro-tip: Skip the elevator when going to work and sneak in a workout before getting into the office! The activities or exercise do we do to workout the heart is aerobic exercise Running, jogging, and biking are some examples. You're moving fast enough to raise your heart rate and breathe harder, but you should still be able to talk to someone while you're doing it. Otherwise, you are pushing too hard. If you have joint problems, choose a low-impact activity, like swimming or hiking.
We can live a healthier life by drinking more water , most of us actually don't drink enough water. get enough sleep, exercise, eat more fruits and vegetables, and workout different parts of your body. All the stuff that I've been saying above is true. cardio is very very important for your heart. I can help myself and others by doing these type of exercises. Like one thing we do in physical education is doing sit ups and lots of running. and what will I be doing this summer is go on lots of hikes run miles and eat healthier. I will ensure that I do these steps cardio may be important or not important to other people but to me I don't treat this as a joke.
